Please i really need urgent help for my ARENA simulation i have attached a screenshot of the whole simulation and of the ressources to give you an idea.
Basically i am simulating the production of a product. So i have 10 create for the 10 raw materials, then i assign each of them a different number, to then seprate them through different processes by the help of different decides. Each raw material have a different process time so i build different expression to help me do that.
After the materials finish their respective processes they go to the assembly line. I have modeled the assembly line with a match that's going to match and batch specific raw materials to then pass through an asssembly process. The assembly processes are dependant on one another so the assembly 7 depend on assembly 6 who depend on assembly 5 etc ...
For the operators i have created a set of 2 operators, the same set is utilized for all the processes including the assembly processes. So i have 2 operators for the whole simulation.
The simulation works but the time to create 1 final product is too long and i need to lower it. So i added 2 operators, 3 operators even 30 operators but it doesn't lower the time to make 1 product and i don't understant why, it is stil the same time as if i have only 2 operators. There is my problem i really need to lower the time to make one final product but for some reason adding operators doesn't seem to work which is really weird.
