Who are the waste managers and what are their capacities and challenges? What strategy do they adopt in waste collection management? Is the collection system adequate and properly serves the urban area? What happens to the collected waste? Are there transfer stations? What percentage of waste goes to the landfill? Are there measures or awareness initiatives to encourage reduce, reuse and recycling/WTE?
