I am trying to validate the experimental results from a paper but I am not able to replicate the profile of turbulence intensity in the domain. I have explained the entire problem statement in the following word documents and also attached the relevant UDF and papers. It would be really helpful if anyone could give some insights as to how I could change my UDF/simulation setup in order to get accurate results. Thank you.

Dinesh Kumar Roshan the UDF that you had attached is for a fully developed duct flow right? The profiles and variables used in the UDF attached will not be same for an open terrain atmospheric boundary layer right? The formulas I am using are different. Could you point out which variables or formulas I am missing out based on the problem?
My main doubts are;
1. Simulation and experiment is scaled down by 1/375 of the actual model. So do I have to scale down the Zg value by the same factor to use in the formula?
2. It mentions in the paper that I was the free stream turbulence intensity so does this means it’s a constant value and not the formula mentioned in the image below?
3. Is it required to define the roughness parameters on the ground using the above formula if so then how to scale the Ks value?
4. Some papers mention that the U used in the kinetic energy formula is the average velocity or free stream velocity. Do we use that value or the profile of U in the calculation of K.? If we have to use average velocity/free stream velocity then how do we calculate it?
