I got two different nagelkarke R square and two different odd's ratio [Exp (B)] while regressing one categorical variable against other categorical variable

Binomial log Res: Exp (B) is 0.034 for group A, 0.563 for group B and 4.0 for group C (which is reference category), R sqaure is 0.433

Multinomial log res: Exp (B) is 29.22 for group A, 1.77 for group B and nothing for group C (ref. category for comparison)  R square is 0.433

Also in multinomial, when i add continous covariates, the R square becomes 0.529, odd's ratio for A becomes 59.22 and for B, it becomes 1.29

which is the correct odd's ratio, and R square
