Two bands in the PCR products?

I ran a gel with 16S PCR products, in two samples I have 2 bands instead of one. Any ideas on what can be happening?

It will be helpful if you provide more details from your reaction mix, pcr perimeter, gel concentration and a picture of your gel. Then from there, we can troubleshoot.
