I have In Situ Cell Death Detection Kit, fluorescein; Roche, but my first essay is not working, . Briefly, I de‑waxed tissue section then I used protien k for permeabilisation then I incubate tissu section with TUNEL staining solution for 1 hour at 37C . Nuclei were counterstained with Vectashield containing DAPI.
