Hi!
I'm trying to setting up a nuclear/cytoplasmic protein extraction protocol. I'm using anti-Histone H3 (for the nuclear fraction) and anti-alfa tubulin (for the cytoplasmic fraction) to determine if the technique has worked.
However, I've found in the literature that anti-CREB and anti-SP1 are better positive controls than Histone H3 for the nuclear fraction. Which of both two is the best?
Thanks!
