Can we multiply two observed items collected in pairs and use the composite item as single input variable for CFA/SEM analysis. What term is used for this act of multiplying of items in SEM lingo (like parceling is used for adding or averaging of items)?

I'm not totally sure if I understand you correctly, but I suggest to use the term "ABi" for indirect measure of attitudes as you used a belief-based multiplied with outcome evaluation (bb*oe). However, Ajzen recommends the term "composite measure of beliefs that is assumed to determine the attitude". In my opinion you can simply compute the composite item and use it as independent variable for SEM analysis.
You may have a look at a recent TPB/SEM analysis article by Teo & Tan (2012). The authors used belief-based measures of Attitudes, Social Norms and PBC in their measurement model.
