I am relatively new to working with organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) and have recently embarked on using the Keithley 4200-SCS for my analyses. I am particularly interested in measuring the transient response of OECTs by applying a gate voltage pulse, as described in some literature as "Time-dependent current response".
For instance, in the work of Wei Lin Leong et al. (https://doi.org/10.1021/acsami.0c07913, Figure 1d), the transient response of PEDOT:PSS/TX OECT was measured with drain current for VD = −0.5 V and square pulse VG varied from 0 to 0.6 V.
Could you kindly provide guidance on how to set up the experiment using the KITE application on the Keithley 4200-SCS with these parameters? A tutorial or step-by-step instructions would be immensely helpful.
