Toxoplasma gondii number optimization

I am new to Toxoplasma gondii (RH strain) work and is now optimizing the parasite number. What is the recommended host to parasite ratio? In my work, I seeded 80,000 HS68 onto a 24 well plate, let it grow till 100% confluent and then infect with parasite and for my assay, the parasite will only be wash off after 120hr of infection.
