unfortunately colleagues published one of the graduation thesis of one of my student (100% copy and paste) and affiliated our effort to their universities ,,,,,,,,,, .........journal is indexed in SCOPUS and PubMed......... the article was cited 12 times.......
we emailed the journal editors,,,,, they only forwarded our email to the correspondence author,,,,,, he apologized and denied any previous knowledge to the source of data as he was gifted this authorship ...... till now three month left still the journal didnot remove the article or replace our names ......
how can we be compensated and how our right be gained,,,, are we eligible authorship in the same journal
are we eligible for compensation,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
please different opinions is needed according to different country laws as the plagiarized persons are from two different countries beside one from my home country.....
