Thank you for your response. I used Qiagen Rneasy plant mini kit. For agarose gel electrophoresis we used TBE buffer. This is my last gel picture.

I used only TBE buffer and 1% agarose. TBE buffer was diluted in sterile deionized water. We used FluoroDye for staining.

What will happen if we load too much of material on gel? We used almost 5 microliter of extracted RNA with the concentration of 200 up to 500 nanogram.
