I am interested in learning about global perceptions on whether using SMS (mHealth technology) in hospitals to improve healthcare professionals' collaboration and coordination, reduce cost, save time or provide timely services, etc.. can truly affect the overall quality of healthcare. To date, research proved positive impacts on cost, time or service, and admission rate. Though, I am keen to know how did SMS impact the care outcomes, or other factors related to quality of physicians' and nurses' work? And, are there any risks worth addressing early in the game? (Notice: This discussion is geared only toward using Secure Text Messaging in inpatient setup to deliver healthcare. Otherwise, we know that SMS has been used without proper acceptance from state and government health agencies until 2016).

Looking forward for feedback.
