This is a very specific question. The constitutions of nearly 170 countries recognize a right to dignity. I'm asking for judicial cases that engaged a claim of a violation of the right to dignity as a separate, independent, enforceable right unconnected to other rights.
There are tons of cases that refer to dignity in all sorts of ways, including as a norm or as a complement to other rights, say, a right to privacy, reproduction or voting, for example. But lawsuits that rely and are resolved solely on a right to dignity are a needle in a haystack. So I'm wondering if others know of these unique cases. Thank you!
