Hi All,
I am planning to record 15N-1H HSQC of my protein in different salt concentration (from 0 M to 2 M NH4Cl).
I am wondering at what extent these salt concentrations could affect the chemical shift of any given peaks. For example do I expect a peak at 8.5 ppm (0M) to appear at 8.35 ppm or so, since increase in salt concentration generally cause the up-field shift.
Any relevant reference will be highly appreciated.
