Hi everyone,
in my lab we have a protocol for the inflammation of human fibroblasts consiting in treating them with TNF-α 10ng/mL for 6 hours. However, I cannot find a reference in literature for this: can somebody help me? Do you do such treatment in a different way?

In my research, TNF-α is an indicator that can be used to refer to whether the wound recovery continues to be inflamed.
Although it does not directly indicate a continuous effect on the treatment of fibroblasts on the wound, there is a positive correlation between wound recovery and fibroblasts.
