I am trying to do survival analysis model for prediction.

My main aim is discrimination

I know that harrell c statistic is not time dependent and cannot tell across different time intervals.

I came across time dependent concordance and also dynamic AUC.

I don't know which one is more reliable, especially that, in my case, both are giving different values at different time intervals.

For example , at 12 years , the dynamic AUC is 0.73, while the time dependent concordance is 0.66.

Are they equivalent?
