I would like to learn COMSOL Multi-physics software to undertake my project. Anyone of you have any source through which it is possible to get better handling experience of it? Please share the files either it is a video or document source.

I think the best way to learn is by reading COMSOL's blogs posts (e.g.: https://br.comsol.com/blogs/implementing-a-thermostat-with-the-events-interface/) or going to the forum and look specifically for what you need (e.g.: https://www.comsol.com/forum/thread/38977/maximum-value-at-each-point?last=2015-12-22T06:04:16Z). If you are new and don't really know how to do the basics the tutorials on COMSOL's website might help (e.g.: https://br.comsol.com/video/selecting-geometric-entities-comsol-multiphysics)
In COMSOL's Users Guide (http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~fieldcom/pps-comsol/documents/User%20Guide%20and%20Examples/COMSOLMultiphysicsUsersGuide.pdf) you also have some useful information about several topics.
