In my research on Thought, as a significantly underestimated instrument or channel of inner dialog and communication, I narrow my thesis down to this one question: are you in control of your thought process or is this process in control of you?
With the answer in mind, what is the mechanism behind the control of your thoughts and certainly the accumulation of it?
What is giving way to this avalanche of thoughts, very difficult to escape from, exhausting if you do.
I am genuinely curious how this functions within yourself and your answers.
Who are we without thought affecting your experiences? What is affected by thoughts?
