In past I have asked how LIGO ruled out Neutrino, Dark Energy and Dark Matter.
Where ever we have Photons, we would also have Electrons, Positrons and Neutrinos.
It is very hard to detect Neutrinos but they can interfere the Space in LIGO Arms.

No, it doesn't; LIGO detects gravitational waves, not photons. And it's not true that spacetime about a black hole is empty, indeed one way of deducing the presence of black holes is by studying the motion of matter in its vicinity. While gravitational waves could have perturbed the motion of matter so as to give rise to electromagnetic radiation, whether the electromagnetic radiation observed can, indeed, be attributed to the specific black hole merger depends on a detailed study of the background.
It's simple: LIGO is a sensitive gravitational wave detector, but it is a very lousy neutrino detector. And a good thing, too, as otherwise it would be overwhelmed by solar neutrinos. But fortunately, neutrinos do not move LIGO's mirrors or otherwise cause the laser beams to interfere with one another.
By the way, it is not true that "wherever we have photons, we would also have electrons, positrons and neutrinos". Electrons and positrons, yes, but not neutrinos; neutrinos do not interact with the electromagnetic field. If the electrons and positrons are energetic enough, they may interact weakly, and when they do, they may produce neutrinos, e.g, e− → W− + νe, but the cross section of a photon producing a neutrino like this is exceedingly small unless the photon has a huge kinetic energy and is scattered.
In any case, LIGO is also shielded from photons and charged particles, nor is there any known process through which photons and charged particles could mimic the GW150914 signal.
As to dark energy/dark matter, I am not aware of any mechanism by which they could interfere with LIGO, especially in light of all the attempted observations (of dark matter, at least) using experimental setups much more sensitive to putative dark matter models than LIGO, which nonetheless failed to detect anything.
Meanwhile, the existence of gravitational waves is well established, has been indirectly confirmed through observation in 1974, and the predictions match the LIGO data well.
No one talks about coincidence of Polarization of G W with the L Limbs and coincidence of its plane. Polarization is 90 degree with stretching and compressing of space. So the planar cut of the wave is like this.
Then another Lattitude and Longitude - and perhaps at different angle compare to first configuration - the same coincidence happens.
The 2D Wave as if shifted the plane and angle of orientation. Even if you take a Helical Wave, it would be a rare coincidence. Where has the basic commonsense gone?
How can we be sure that it is GW based on simulated 250 Templates?
