You need to work on a title, problem or synopsis. Firstly, talk to one of your teachers of microbiology subject. secondly, make up your mind to pursue a synopsis in industrial microbiology, clinical microbiology, fermentation or microbial enzymes. Make yourself aware of the strength/ specialization of faculty teaching to subjects of microbiology, and the research they are pursuing, if any.
