Thermo Xcalibur software issues?

I wonder does anyone have an experience with Cmass to do accurate mass measurements as I have Xcalibur (Bremen version) and the Cmass was working and the suddenly it crashed on me giving a runtime error (as seen in picture) and I tried all tricks to get rid of it but nothing works. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
