The main obstacle in storage of reduced glutathione whether in powder or aqueous solution is the autoxidation which converts GSH to GSSG and this conversion increases with temp. Powder GSH can be stored at 2-8 C for months while aqueous need to store in freezing usually -20C. In your case 80C is very high you might try to minimize autoxidation by adding N-Ethylmaleimide NEM new N2 or used Ascorbic acid or ascorbic acid derivatives or N-acetylcysteine to reduce the autoxidation processes
You can decreased the pH and/or add metal chelators.
