So as I get the result, I want to observe the temperature distribution but it keeps changing as I change the mesh.
I think you do not have any temperature distribution at all here. As far as i can see, the temperature falls from maximum to minimum in one element, regardless of mesh size. The plot just represents the linear interpolation between these two values.
That means there is no thermal conductivity assign to your material. To transfer is made from one element to the other. You should check that the material you use has reasonable thermal properties (latent heat, thermal conductivity) and a suitable element type is selected.

did you define a temperature BC on a surface of the model?
In heat transfer FE analyses, when defining a BC on a surface you are actually defining it on a small portion of volume, proportional to the element dimensions you are using. If you are using a big 8 node element having a surface at a prescribed temperature, half of the volume of the element will be at that temperature. If you refine the mesh of the model, the elements on the surface will be smaller the global behaviour of your model will describe more accurately a BC on a surface.
There is no thermal translation in nodes !
