I work on a validation of chromatographic method. I started with a single molecule after that I dicided to validated more than 10 molecules at time. How can we observe a mixture effect in this case?

It depends from concentration of analytes.
I mean, for really diluted system, it is acceptable to think that every analytes it is indipendent from others and the activity coefficient (which would change your concentration measurements) depends only from the interaction solvent-solute.
Of course if you start to study 10 molecules at time it would be hard to understand if there is any effect. Try to split this system in more subsystem easier to analyze.
