I haven't used it but I saw a demo on a trade show floor and asked some questions. As I recall, it operates at a very low voltage and is therefore limited to extremely thin samples, but with the availability of sample grids with graphene membranes for supporting nanoparticles that's not as big a limitation as it would have been a number of years ago. And of course it doesn't give the same kind of performance and capabilities as an analytical (S)TEM operating at higher voltage, but it struck me as a nice, easy-to-use tool for people who want better resolution than you can normally get from optical microscopes but who don't want to go all out and invest in a full-scale TEM facility. I liked it.
