The time for pretreated splenocytes with anadamide before SEB activation?

Dear all,

I just want to check if anybody had pretreated the splenocytes with endocannaboid (Anandamide) before activate them with Staphylococcus Enterotoxin B (SEB) ? what is the time that you think it is enough to activate the Cannabioid receptors in splenocytes with these endocannaboid.
