Within the framework of the development of the project of creating the "value proposition of the employer" for personnel engaged in scientific activities (using the value proposition model of A. Osterwalder), I want to get maximum information on two issues:

1) What kind of "pleasure" and "joy" ("gain"), from your point of view, contains activities related to research and development? and 2) What "frustrations" and "sorrows" ("pain") do you think are related to research and development?

I think the resulting model will be of interest to many researchers and those who are just going to become one! :)
