I facing problems in characterisation of perovskite solar cells; during I-V measurment under solar similator, open circuit voltage fails suddenly....As i tried to measure current-voltage with defferent scan rates, I saw degradiation of Voc in each measurment!!! what means it?? Can anyone share her/his experience with me??? what conditions should be prepared for a successful data?

Similar question was asked before on the research gate about the short stability of organic solar cells and prof Abdelhalim Zekry give very good answer
they are subjected to short term instability because the changes occurring in the materials because of the UV light, heat and the presence of moisture and oxygen.
Such degradation is one of the main challenges for the commercialization of such type of cells. What is the kind of used light source? You said ‘open circuit voltage fails suddenly’, please describe the term ‘suddenly’. It will be helpful if you share the nameplate date of the cell, the readings, and the specs of the simulator. If you read a reasonable open circuit voltage then it falls suddenly, then your simulator may suffer from a failure.
