if any researcher has tried to find maximum temprature which perovskite layer in solar cel can tolerate? As you all know, the colour of perovskite layer changes after some period of time being on high temprature. I wantto know highest temprature. If any know, Let me know which temprature for different perovskite?
It will depend also on how long the cell is subject to the high temperature. Silicon cells can stand temperatures of 100C or more indefinitely. (But the support structures and wiring probably can't).
