Полученные результаты позволяют по-новому взглянуть на природу волны Козырева-Ягодина, расширить наши представления о физических основах и воз-можностях развиваемого Вами метода.Надо учесть, что в мире наблюдаются активное развитие вулканизма, постоянный роствулканической опасности. Полученный результат демонстрируют тесную связь сейсмичностии вулканизма с геодинамическими процессами в литосфере и верхней мантии Земли. Сейчас особенно важно продолжить работы по развитию глобального мониторинга KaY-волны.

Письменный доклад был принят потому что я зачитал технические данные на английском, а в Кнессете это не разрешают, потому они попросили перевести и прислать для всех , кто заинтересован.

6. Статья с Д.Узуновым получила более 2/3 положительных рецензий, но снята с публикации Гордоном Вуу в нарушение закона о "конфликте интересов". Димитар согласился со снятием статьи, хотя это было нарушения закона и "провал договора". Димитар знал, что я живу, как нищий, но все-равно не выплатил мне даже минимальной зарплаты.

Мне нужно было защититься от онкологии, но я не ожидал, что Димитар обманет и не искал другой работы. Сейчас уже поздно.

Поэтому данная статья должна быть снята с публикации, как плагиат с искажениями моей статьи. К вулканам статья не имеет никакой связи.

Рецензии на мои открытия написаны десятком экспертов высшего уровня и высокого уровня морали. Профессора: Алексей Николаев, Страшимир Мавродиев, Евгений Рогожин и другие - это самая высокая оценка моей работы. I am sure that there is no better way to predict earthquakes. The reason for this is clear to any scientist.

To predict an earthquake, I use the monitoring of the Kozyrev-Yagodin wave at the stations. At each station, I measure in time the amplitude of the wave, the direction of the wave, and some additional data.

Each measurement allows a direct calculation of the amplitude (of the gravitational-seismic wave) before the convergent ring wave collapses.

The speed of the wavefront is about 100 km/h. This is corrected during calibration, so the accuracy is high enough for the prediction. The lead is created by the speed of the KaY-wave front. The exact location of convergence and collapse is determined by inverse problem methods, and others using at least 5 stations.

This provides high accuracy of location, time, strength, and additional parameters of a future earthquake.

The tests were carried out under the supervision of the Russian Expert Council in 2012 (Chairman - Professor A.V. Nikolaev.) and recognized by the conclusion of the REC 2015 - 2016.

20 correct predictions out of 20 data fully confirmed the uniqueness of the method.
