Hey there, I am working on a project that involves the bending angle, temperature, and pressure anomalies from the COSMIC-2 datasets. I have extracted the data for the 14th 15th and 16th of January but there are too many files nearly 6k netCDF files. I need anomalies for specific coordinates so how can we do that? I know how to extract data from netCDF files but I just need an efficient way to get data for my desired coordinates without reading all the files one by one.
I might be stating the obvious here, but something needs to read the files one by one to extract the data. You don't mention what your current method is, but there is a whole universe of portals, utilities, tools, and programmatic code to access, filter, and extract according to various parameters ( https://cdaac-www.cosmic.ucar.edu/cdaac/satDaac.html ).

Michael John Patrick, thank you so much for your kind response. I am currently using the xarray library for reading the dataset in python and so far I have successfully extract the data into dataframes. But now I am facing another problem.
The figures for the bending angle are incorrect. Am I missing something ?

Although I have some experience in all sorts of data wrangling, I have never processed COSMIC-2 files themselves.
