The Place of conservative management for iatrogenic duodenal injury during percutaneous nephrostomy tube insertion?

A known CKD patient (male) with OUP secondary to bladder Ca. He had bilateral moderate HUN. Left PCN tube insertion was successful. The right side ended up with iatrogenic duodenal injury and the tube was kept in place, draining upper GI content (decreasing).

1. What are the parameters to be followed (Radiographically or other Imaging study)

2. Do we need Endoscopy for the Diagnosis or follow-up?

3. When do we remove the tube safely?
