150 years ago (more precisely, 150 - 149 years ago) Johann Friedrich Miescher working in Felix Hoppe-Seyler's laboratory at the University of Tübingen discovered DNA (nucleic acids).

Around the same years, Rudolf Vikhrov introduced the principle of “The nucleus only from the nucleus”, “the chromosome only from the chromosome”, and even “the mitochondria only from the mitochondria”.

80 years ago, the Russian scientist Nikolai Koltsov introduced the principle: "A molecule only from the molecule."

55 years ago, an article was published by F. Crick and J. Watson on the structure of DNA and the matrix principle in DNA.

Dear Colleagues, do you think:

"The matrix principle is the only one variant of the development of living entities in both ontogenesis and evolutionary history, or can other chemical and physical alternatives exist?"
