Considering the antecedents of pandemics over the centuries. It is obvious that man has grossly underestimated the lethal capacity of microbes to drive human existence to extinction.
My questions are:
1. How do we use education through the"rear view mirror" to prepare for future pandemics?
2. What is the place of environmental literacy and its health counterpart in addressing the inevitable resurgence of pandemics in a poverty ridden environment.
3. How do academics address the issues of lethargy and fatalism on the rampaging effects of pandemics among emerging adults in the society.
