Hi. I’m currently working on hematite thin films which are growned on ITO substrate. As far as I know, in semiconductors the electrical resistance should be decreased when they are exposed to light. But I have seen the opposite in my work. the thing that I should mention is that a lot of micro-cracks were observed on my annealed thin films illustrated by SEM results.
