This is the content from university textbooks, and scientists have been humiliated by the Second Law of Thermodynamics.
That people think they have measured something doesn't mean that they have. Setting up an experiment is much more complicated than reading off some numbers and claiming they have some meaning. It's much easier to randomly label the entries of a table and claim anything. That the random labeling is unlikely to be consistent with some assignment ought to be obvious. The information gained thereby remains zero, since the result could be guessed.
It would be a good idea to actually study thermodynamics before making claims that only show a lack of knowledge about it.
Any numerical tables are absolutely meaningless if they do not contain confidence intervals. Just as meaningless are any conclusions drawn from such tables.
