I do not knoe if the system can edit CRISPR CAS genome respiratory syncytial virus, because it is forming a complex ribonucleoprotein.

Hi, i'm not sure i understand your question:

Do you ask if the Cas9/sgRNA complex can enter the virus, during assembly process?

if yes, one way to optimize this could be to make a fusion between Cas9 and a protein that is incorporated into the viral particle during assembly
