The most effective teaching method is the one that adapts to the students' learning process and, at the same time, allows the teacher to reflect on their own pedagogical practice. In my case, I use the REAPSES Method (Learning Styles Corners for Primary, Secondary, and Higher Education) to achieve this goal.
The most effective teaching method remains flexible, catering to students’ individual learning preferences while prompting teachers to evaluate and refine their practice. In my own experience, I employ the REAPSES Method—built around “Learning Styles Corners” at various educational levels—to balance these aims. By allowing for differentiated instruction and ongoing self-reflection, this approach not only respects the diversity of learners’ needs but also encourages continual professional growth on the part of the educator.
The best teaching method is Active Learning. It encourages students to participate actively through discussions, problem-solving, and hands-on activities.
