Which chemotherapy drug(S) do U propose as co-therapeutics with Dox?
For the tratment of the solid tumors is important to kow the type and the staging of the solid tumors ,because always the combined chemotherapy is associated with radiotherapy.

Actually we are designing a nanoparticle based codelivery system for solid tumor cancer therapy. The primary chemotherapy agent that we'll use is doxorubicin (Dox). Now we are looking for the best option as the seccod agent to combine with Dox, ideally capable of exerting the highest synergistic effects along with prevention of drug resistance occurance.
For solid cancer therapy,the nanoparticles conbined with anti cancer- therapy is the future for treatment of solid cancer and for recurrence of disease and for metastasis

I searched the literature and read a lot and eventually concluded that Paclitaxel is known as the best joint chemotheray with Doxorubicin
