Hi every body

I want to precipitated 2 proteins that have interaction in the HEK293T cell. The candidate protein is RIPK1, the kind of protein kinase.

How can I do the CO-immunoprecipitation test for separation of Ripk1 protein complex from cells by using proteinA-sepharose beads?

I mentioned that I want to use RIPk1 monoclonal antibody.
