I have a abaqus simulation about reinforced concrete frame, but my displacement result is very big, I have checked CDP model but I don't think CDP model has such big displacement effect. What should I check? Thank you very much.

If your Abaqus values consistently double the experimental results, then you probably mistakenly placed a property or load value in the code that is half or double what it should be.

I think you should check support conditions and loading conditions. Then you can check your material data. Or when you export data then there have some misconcept .

Hi, from my perspective,
1. Check the material property;
2. Check the boundary conditions (loads, constraints, interactions).
3. Check the mesh property.
4. Check the Units, because the abaqus doesn't have Units in the software itself, you need keep Units consistent.
