As an advise you have to concentrate your search on the professors and institutions who make research and interested in your research experience.

In addition you have to prepare your C.V. reflecting your experience and your credentials not only in the PhD but also in the Msc and Bsc. Your performance in these earlier stages is also very important to get a post doctoral position.

You can at first ask in Canada, USA, Australia, Europe and Japan.
