You need to make yor sample,Al alloy,thin enough,to the point that the sample is transparent, to transmit the TEM beam through the sample in order to get TEM images of the constituents of the bulk of the sample.
This can be achieved by making a hole in the middle of the sample and try to thin the sample by ion beam milling or by electrochemical etching the circumstance area around the hole to the point of transparency.
