Ankur Verma You need a thin section for electrons to pass through in TEM typically < 100 nm. In a powder, there are no independent, discrete, separate particles < 100 nm, so you'll not get suitable transmission. Normal route is to disperse in an epoxy resin and microtome off thin slices suitable for viewing.

Ankur Verma You can try but I don’t think you’ll be successful in reducing aggregates.

I am coated these particles by a polymeric compound to reduce the oxidation as well as for the biological activity.
