Dr. Queiroz has provided an excellent reference I can call myself a materials scientist and certainly not a biochemist. However Manikandan's question is worthy of due consideration from the materials science view point. After studying the provided reference and my own googling, I would like to provide the following answer. Yes, CdTe can be used in biosensors in its nanocrystalline form (e.g. Quantum dots). In the microcrystalline form CdTe is mainly used as semiconductor.
I came across the above noted publication (available on Researchgate) which implies that nickel telluride nanowires can be used in biosensing applications. I have not come across any direct evidence of cobalt telluride or manganese telluride biosensors.

Sir, actually i was exploring it while searching,i didn't prepare it yet. I am keen to know weather, i can use Gold Telluride apart from simple gold and silver for enhancing some of the properties like sensitivity?
