It looks like 2D structure which may have average thickness below 100 nm. I would like to call it as nanoplates. Try to take side view of the structure to define it precisely.
If I were You I would name it 'lamellar structure'. It seems it is nanostructure (small grains) near nanoplates. If You could show more pictures maybe it could help us to give more precisely answer.
The aspect ratio is for many of the crystals more plate-like, for several also rod-like, but many small crystals also appear isometric. In so far I would also call it inhomogeneous. I wouldn't judge which habit is dominant by only this single image.
If this would be commercial AgHal crystals (analogue film), one would call this maybe dense package of non uniform tabular grains (Kodak and Fuji did some applied research on this)
several kinds of morphology, too many particles (aggregation) in the image. re-disperse your sample, collect the supernatant only, and redo SEM, which should give you much less aggregation and possibility of seeing and measuring the flat side.
And perhaps you need to reduce the concentrations of the reactants and increase the ageing time for better crystal growth
it seems to be like agglomeration of particles found attached to one another.
That is appeared like nanoplates with non-uniform flakes like structure.
May be that is the right answer.
