Techno-economic assessment of Algal Carbon Sequestration and Biogas utilisation?

I want to check a engineering model for the techno-economic assessment of microalgal based carbon sequestration and biogas utilisation for an industrial purpose.

Could anyone advise me a online, free and appropriate software regarding the stated requirement of techno-economic assessment ?

Techno economic assessment is very tough to carry on in India. You can contact faculties of IIT Delhi and CSIR IIP. I cannot assure you about the outcome. But this may help. It would be better if you find out paper on this topic and contact the authors directly.
