What are the methods (from research and product perspectives) that can act OCR on them?
I mean, is that task kind of Machine Learning? Pattern Recognition? Deep Learning?
Where shall I begin to implement my first OCR of manuscripts?
I am not considering only OCR of course, hopefully this will evolve to understanding the content of the manuscripts.
If there is any book / resource that helps me with this, I really appreciate sharing it.
