TEC 50 in kinetic of DPPH how we can determine it?
Determination Of Balance Time TEC50 The parameter TEC50 was defined as the time reaches to equilibrium with an antioxidant concentration equal to IC50. I am using 7 concentrations (0.5-0.0078 mg/mL) of my extract tested.the IC50 of my extract is 0.44 mg/mL. How i can determine it TEC50?

To fellow the kinetic behaviour of DPPH-
radical scavenging activity of extracts you need to prepare two solutions.
Solution 1: 0.04% of DPPH in methanol.
Solution 2: solution of the extract at a concentration of 1.25mg/ml.
Once you have the two solutions you mixe about 1,5 mL of solution (2) with the same volume of solution (1),
Afterwards you measure the absorbance each 30 seconds until it becomes constant.
